Overview
Neighbourhood parks play an important part in communities. They provide a place to play, interact with nature, stay healthy and socialise. It takes careful planning to design what the community needs and is happy with. As with all parks in the Hume City Council, this was a key consideration for the design of the newly refurbished Tangemere Reserve. We embraced this challenge and worked with the designers to provide a playground that suits the community.

A flying fox, swing frame, free standing activity panel, rockers and mound slide are just some of the other equipment included in the space.
Carefully planned to suit both the children and parents, concrete paths weave throughout the play space to provide easy to access for carers with prams. Additionally, a BBQ area is available to residents wanting to extend their visit to the reserve.
