Australian made & durable playgrounds

The large majority of our equipment is designed and manufactured here in Australia, using high-quality materials and proven construction methods suited for Australian conditions. This means higher durability, shorter lead times, quick backup spare parts and greater design flexibility!

For councils in coastal locations and other harsh climatic environments, adventure+ has developed a system called spectrum+ max that is specially designed to maximise durability and longevity of installations where rust is a risk.

Our serious approach to play

Community playgrounds in urban settings, parks and neighbourhoods do so much more than just entice kids to run, play and be active. They encourage the development of important life skills, attitudes and habits. When children spend time in a playground, they learn through interaction with other kids. This interaction with children from different backgrounds and abilities provides them with a more open view of the world and the opportunity to build new bonds.

For this reason, we believe that play should be taken seriously. We create well designed, customised playgrounds and play equipment, to ensure the users are engaged and thrive in the spaces we create.

A well-designed playground encourages child development through challenging activities, sensory experiences and interactive play. Our ability to customise, along with our huge range of high play value products makes us a reliable partner to create pocket parks and large destination play spaces for your community.

Landmark customised projects

Some larger landmark projects (as well as small parks) require a more customised approach to create an outcome that is attractive and caters for the special requirements of the space and the local community.

We encourage customisation large or small, from simple changes, like the colour of a swing or flying fox, to designing play units with unique cladding, layouts, colours and materials. Either start with a standard play unit and customise it or provide us with your ideas and our designers will create a playground design from the ground up.

Customisation allows you to incorporate themes that reflect the local history, such as in the Gembrook Leisure Centre and Millars Landing Steamrail Playground.
