Customised equipment by varying materials and finishes to achieve an impressive, architectural look
Feedback from the local community was instrumental in shaping the playground design. Thanks to the extensive adventure+ range of play equipment and the option for customisation, we could incorporate nearly all the community’s suggestions and needs. Features like the climbing cube, rock wall, gyro, monkey bars, and swings addressed the community’s requests while also ensuring play value for all age groups.
It’s the inclusion of diverse play elements like a see-saw rocker, rock climbing wall, shop counter and community swing set that provides opportunities for a range of age groups. Having a diverse range of play elements and considering developmental outcomes for children is imperative to creating a successful playground.
The play equipment chosen for this project was all manufactured in Australia. By utilising our spectrum+ style of equipment, our client, Banyule City Council, can be confident that maintenance issues will be minimised, making it a low-cost asset for many years to come.
At adventure+, we take pride in our attention to quality finishes and detail. This commitment not only enhances the playing experience for children, but also helps maintain a positive reputation for the council.
This project includes a spectrum+ special design play unit that utilises powdercoated steel as the main structural element.
