Located at Movelle Primary School this colourful new playground is a great example of a school playground design that ticks all the boxes. It was designed to fit within the existing site to replace the previous playground, fit their budget and provide a diverse range of play elements.

Our team at adventure+ worked closely with the school to ensure the smooth removal of the previous playground. We also designed the new playground to fit within the area including fitting under the existing shade sails.

Encouraging active play

The play unit features a range of challenging activities that link together to create a path and provide an opportunity for progressive play from one side of the playground to the other. We included diverse elements to encourage imaginative and active play ranging from rock-climbing walls and monkey bars for upper body to disk crossings and rope bridges for lower body.

The school’s children and the teachers are thrilled with the outcome.
